| Personal History: Ginny was born shortly after her family was broken up and her older brothers scattered to various foster homes or adopted out. As such, she's been raised as an only child, for all intents and purposes, and is bossy as a result. Molly, having lost all of her other children with no immediate hope of getting them back, gave all the love she felt to her daughter. When Ginny was little, she didn't mind, but as she got older and became more independent, it became smothering. Ginny and Molly, in order to keep their heads down and remain unnoticed, moved often and went by Molly's maiden name, staying with order members in safe houses. Ginny was a few months old when Arthur and the others broke out of Azkaban and rejoined what was left of their family. Arthur and Molly taught Ginny as much magic as they could, mainly defensive spells so, if they were ever recaptured, Ginny would be able to protect herself from an attacker. Luckily, she never needed to put her training to the test, as there were always order members around her, most of them affectionately called Auntie or Uncle. As Ginny got older, Arthur and Molly, along with other Order members, thought long and hard about what to do with Ginny's education. They had Dumbledore at their disposal, yes, but even with how brilliant he was, they realized their daughter needed a more formal education and, more importantly, interaction with children her own age. At ten years old, she was sent to France's Beauxbatons Academy for her formal education. Overall, Ginny enjoyed her time there, becoming fluent in French and German as she learned how to perform magic. She excelled in Defense Against the Dark Arts and, as she became an upper classman, leading one of the school's Quidditch teams. If the times had been more peaceful, Ginny knew she'd want to do that professionally, but given Britain's hostile political climate, that was out of the question. She bent herself to learning as much as she could about how to fight and duel so that, when she went home for good, she'd be ready to join her parents in the Order and, circumstances willing, find her brothers. Ginny is of age and, as a legal adult, she's opted to discontinue her education at Beauxbatons. She could have chosen to remain safely anonymous in France, but she knows it's only a matter of time until Voldemort's greedy claws stretch across the Channel and infect the government there, if they haven't already. She feels that her place is beside her parents and the rest of the Order, and any further education she might need can be provided for her at home. Molly and Arthur, of course, are unhappy about this, causing no small amount of strife in their little family, but she knows it will blow over sooner or later. She's young and talented and determined to make a difference. Nothing and no one is going to stand in her way. |

Defining Marks: Nothing permanent other than a couple of moles in areas where most people will never, ever, see. Dress Style: Very casual, though she cleans up nicely. Possessions always on this person: her wand, a locket with pictures of her parents Manner of Speech: Direct and blunt, going just tot he cusp of rudeness. She refuses to lie unless someone's life is on the line. Plus, she's figured out that the truth usually hurts more than any lie ever could. Manner of Movement: purposeful but unhurried.
